Shipping policy
DELIVERY
Complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders over €400, via DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
For orders under €400, shipping costs range from €45 to €105 depending on the destination country.
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
All orders ship from Italy. Deliveries within the European Union are not subject to any customs duties or import fees.
For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. This lets you see the full cost of your order upfront, avoids surprises on delivery, and speeds up customs clearance.
If you ship to the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your local customs authority may require you to pay VAT.
Items are shipped without boxes or hangers. If you would like these included, please contact us before shipping — additional charges may apply.
Customs requirements for U.S. deliveries
For shipments to the United States, customs authorities may occasionally request additional information from the recipient, such as an IRS number (SSN or EIN) or other identification details. This is part of standard U.S. import regulations and is used by U.S. Customs to identify the final recipient of the goods.
Please note that this request does not involve any additional cost — it is a standard procedure required by U.S. law. If requested, providing this information promptly will help avoid delays in the delivery of your order.
RETURNS
You have 48 hours from the moment of delivery to decide whether to keep or return one or more items. To request a return, email us at info@mrpianik.it requesting a refund or, in the case of a defective item, a replacement.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once a return is approved, you have 30 days to send the items back to our address.
Approved items may be returned by courier following our instructions; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels and accessories (dust bag, case, etc.), and must not be worn, altered, or damaged.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
